Spicy Textured Polymer Clay Beads
I've had some polymer clay laying around for sometime and decided to pull it out and play with it. I made these beads specially for my Mala bracelets, after searching and searching here in town for natural looking beads in the right size and shape and having no luck, I decided to make my own. After a little experimenting with organic textures and colours I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully they turned out, so warm and natural looking, perfect for my Meditation Malas.

Beautiful beads!
thanks kelly! i made do with what i had. we don't have a heck of a lot of selection here in town when it comes to craft supplies and i really wanted to make myself a couple of wrist malas as i'm studying to be a meditation instructor. i'm so looking forward to our trip to the city next week where i'll be stopping in at michaels for more beads, paints and whatever else takes my fancy. i may even pick myself up some more of this clay, i'm down to only a small ball.
They look terrific!
Thanks Lori! I'm going to the city this weekend and hoping to pick up some translucent polymer clay. I have oodles and oodles of ideas I can't wait to bring to life :)
Those beads are amazing! They're just terrific! I love it!
